Major news of the day: Tiger Woods just won the Masters Tournament for the first time on 11 years, marking one of the greatest all-time comeback stories in history; rep. Ilhan Omar (MN) is again in hot water for allegedly playing down the 9/11/01 terrorist attacks; Cher proves that not all crazy celebrities are totally crazy as Trump puts Dems’ feet to the fire on the question of illegal immigration by threatening to send illegal immigrants to sanctuary cities; the Notre Dame cathedral in Paris, standing for over 800 years and attracting over 13 million visitors a year, has possibly been destroyed by a terrible fire.

Because there’s just not enough going on in the news today not to be reminded of the controversial Mueller report on Russian meddling in the 2016 election (apparently, the redacted Muller report is due out this Thursday /> obviously Trump is FREAKING OUT over it (he very well may be; see next two tweets)).

Asshole…

He’s clearly only saying that to be a troll…

Yup, definitely no news happening…

Many are calling this an incitement to violence /> but it’s not an incitement to violence, any more than anything rep. Omar has ever said is an incitement to violence. People have the right to say what they want to say; so long as they are not literally telling people to be violence, any speech must be tolerable. Otherwise, you’re being a self-aggrandized hypocrite who tokenizes the ‘I care about people card’ for mere power games. You don’t care about other people if you’re the only person who can possibly be right about anything, or who has any emotions worth giving a fuck about.

The people sending death threats are the ones who should be held responsible for sending death threats. Them and them alone, outside of hypothetical metaphysics (the reasons why they might of done those things are irrelevant once they’ve done those things /> physical violence is the antithesis of intellect).

Trump disagrees with Omar’s sentiment, and so do many other people…

If you claim to be a virtuous person, who cares about people other than your own people, and you’re calling this an incitement to violence, you’re missing the point…

Everyone deserves a say based on the content of their character, not the color of their skin (or any other arbitrary distinction one can make regarding outward ‘identity’ (a dying idea, from a dying ideology: the strength to love)).

And then there’s that…
